China Rivers Project envisions a future where healthy rivers form the core of healthy, sustainable communities throughout China, and where the beauty and diversity of China's rivers can continue to be enjoyed by generations to come. We are part of a long term effort to protect China's river heritage, heritage that is currently under threat by dams, pollution, and water diversions.
China Rivers Project organizes educational river trips to China's grand canyons, promotes river recreation in China, and conducts research on the benefits of river recreation and river conservation.
